I’m passionate about guiding human beings towards their peak creative potential. As an Actress, Content Creator and Certified Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach, I’m intimately familiar with the joys and challenges of living a creative life. I believe that the creative process doesn’t have to be a struggle; that it can be gentle, playful and most importantly, deeply fulfilling. My main intention for my content and my coaching work is to make THIS kind of creativity a reality for you.

Absolutely, yes! I’m passionate about working with people from all walks of life and I believe that every human being is fueled by creativity. The tools that I share are highly effective for releasing blocks and promoting productivity & flow and can be applied to a wide variety of projects, regardless of whether you consider them to be creative or not.
No! While a lot of my clients are individuals who identify as being artists, this work is for anyone who wants to optimize their creative potential in any line of work. Many of my clients are working on building businesses, websites or content-sharing platforms like YouTube channels and podcasts. I’ve been there and have the tools to optimize your creative process as you build these endeavors.
That’s up to you and the nature of your project. The goal of this experience is not simply to hit a deadline, but to build a powerful foundation that you can use to manifest your creative intentions well beyond the timeframe of working with me. We will, however, create a tangible goal/milestone for you to reach by the end of the 9 weeks of working together.
I do not offer refunds on my coaching services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of creative potential, and that requires that we are both fully committed to this work. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.
Our work together is a co-creative relationship. The final outcome of this experience is not only influenced by my support, but also by how much you’re willing to show up for yourself. For this reason, I do not offer any guarantees. I do, however, promise to show up for you as my best and highest self.
Yep! During each session we’ll decide on small, simple and actionable steps that you can take in-between sessions so that you can start to build a healthy sense of momentum.
